Roles and Responsibilities:Responsible for service administration and account maintenanceForefront Identity Manager (FIM) admin - create, modify, and remove user accounts; including shared mailboxes, distribution groups, password resets, and name changesExchange Admin Center (EAC) - Assign access permission to users mailbox, resources mailbox, Place Legal Holds, Run Message Trace on end-users mailboxesAssists and supports each service userProvide user account setup and configuration to allow users access to the servicesAddress client connectivity, client software, and mobility installation issuesAddress service availability issues within the customer's organizational span of controlManage user accounts, and subscriptions for the customer organizationSharepoint support to include granting group access, etc.Assist in support for wireless devicesAssist in support for technical issuesPerform job duties with minimal supervisionExcellent oral and written communication - provided by DiceOffice 365, Exchange, Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) , Exchange Admin Center (EAC)
