Our ERS Dispatchers are there to help our policyholders when they experience problems with their vehicles. As an ERS Dispatcher, you'll be trained to assist customers in obtaining help when there is a problem with their vehicle, such as locating and dispatching glass repair, locksmith, or a tow truck. You will learn about our dynamic industry and prepare to assist customers through our comprehensive, fully paid training program.

Starting Salary: $25,973.35 with annual merit increases for meeting goals.
Start Dates: All 2017 Positions Filled - Now hiring for 2018
Training Hours: 4:00 pm -12:00 am
Work Hours: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
Weekend Hours:
Option 1 - Every Saturday or Sunday (start times between 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm)
*Additional $2,000.00 in salary.
Option 2 - Every Saturday and Sunday (start times between 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm)
*Additional $3,000.00 in salary.
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ Good customer service skills or prior experience
+ Demonstrated timely, consistent job attendance history
+ Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
+ Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume call center
