The company is a leader in end-to-end revenue cycle services, technology and education solutions.Scope, develop and lead execution of projects at the executive level, with overall responsibility of the advisory engagement team in the execution of related dutiesProvides direct management and oversight for large, complex engagements that may span multiple work streams and/or oversees delivery of multiple engagement teams in targeted practice area.Identify, create, drive and deliver innovative strategiesfor clientsEnsure high level of client satisfactionProvide quality control and performance outcomes for work performed by engagement teams under direct supervision and/or where specific subject matter expertise is neededProposals for patient-to-payment and revenue cycle transformationFinancial models highlighting income statement and balance sheet benefit for potential clientsOn-site assessments for integrated solution opportunitiesCollateral for new services offeringsPublic speaking engagements at industry eventsWhite papers, blog posts, speaking at industry eventsBachelor's degree7+ years work experience in Management consultant with experience in strategic planning, revenue cycle transformation, business intelligence program management, and salesExtensive Knowledge of Patient to Payment Revenue Cycle service deliveryKnowledge of new industry trends and regulationsExperience and/or willingness to contribute to thought leadership in the revenue cycle spaceExperience with executive communication and presentation skills that drive client resultsProject Management experience including creating work plans, budgets, managing budget to actual, and goal setting/benchmarksExperience managing teams, preferably in a remote/project-based environment. Ability and desire to coach and mentor junior staff.Ability to actively manage and deliver on client expectations around project activities, timelines, deliverables, outcomes, etc; ability to direct others in this regardAbility to provide targeted communication (written and verbal) to internal and external constituentsProven analytical and process redesign skills (problem solving, quantitative, workflow process, etc.)Ability to work with a diverse group of professionals and personalities in a team environmentAdvanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and OutlookWillingness to travel up to 70%, as needed to meet client and internal objectives
