About the role: Boston Scientific's Endoscopy division is seeking a Principal Sales Analyst to work on the Sales Programs team supporting all levels of the Endoscopy Field Sales Organization. This individual will work on customer contract development, complex deal modeling, pricing analysis, implementation, and contract compliance analysis. Your responsibilities include: Analytics, Program/Project Management, and Execution : Collaborate and partner directly with Field Sales organization on contract management support, business planning and analytics Provide effective support for the field sales team by responding to all requests in a timely, accurate and efficient manner Track and report on Key Performance Indicators related to specific business function Identify and support implementation of best practices, processes and tools to ensure effective workflow, consistent process execution and unified approaches that maximizes sales support execution, quality, effectiveness, efficiency and productivity. Adhoc Project Support for various project teams within the team to drive sales, improvements or cost savings Execute and document various Sales Operations and Programs processes as required Leadership: Ability to effectively communicate with Field Sales organization Assists with training other Contract Administrators and Sales Analysts Ability to be an effective team member in cross-functional project teams to ensure effective workflow Participate in all team functions and initiatives Demonstrates ability to effectively and comfortably communicate with Managers, Directors and VPs What we're looking for : Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Finance, Marketing, Economics or similar discipline Minimum 7 years' related business experience in a sales analyst, financial analyst, or business support role Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail Advanced PC application skills, including expert Access and Excel skills and exposure to programming language Team-player with a positive attitude Ability to work with large amounts of data to analyze information Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, including balancing short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives About us As a global medical technology leader for more than 35 years, our mission at Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) is to transform lives through innovative medical solutions that improve the health of patients.
